Men's Fashion

 Men's Fashion is usually tricky and I want to give myself a chance in blogging about it. It may not be so easy but I will give it a try. I hope I give it my best.

When buying a man a gift..it is usually a task! Am I the only who feels like that but then again since you care about the man you struggle getting him a gift  which you hope he likes and appreciates it.
Since we love the men in our lives we never give up on them despite all kinds of issues and for sure we want them to look good. So let's take this journey together and enjoy men's fashion!

I will give credit where it is due because there are men who have made an effort to look good and more so smell nice..(Scent is everything) in Kenya.Kudos to you guys!

I am mostly a fan of Kanye West's style and I feel he has made tremendous strides in the fashion industry.
He has a good sense of style that is bold and very forward!

THE RESIZED BLACK DRESS

I wore this outfit sometime back when I was going to church. The dress really stands out because of the arms that have not been stitched. It was slightly bigger for me but I decided to have it re-sized. If you spot a good outfit and its worth resizing it please do it because some of these outfits are hard to come across especially in second hand market.
With black being a dull color I decided to wear it with a thin silver belt,silver shoes and a  blue chain mail bag that could only fit my bible and the necessary toiletries to make it stand out. The chain mail bag is one of my favorite bags. I dreamt owning it and made sure I saved up for it!*wink*

My apologies for not taking many pictures  of myself and posting them. I do not have a very reliable photographer but will make an effort of taking more pictures.

Blazerholic!!

Other than the fact that I am obsessed with jewellery and bags when it comes to outfits I can boldly say I am a"blazerholic" . I love them because they are easy and fun to wear.  I would kill to own the blue one...
With a blazer you can avoid the usual skirt suits and trousers suits to work (which I am not a fun of).  A blazer brings out some style,trendiness and as well as some mild official look to your office wear (maintaining professionalism) and the same blazer you can wear it street style. How cool is that!!
I believe a blazer is a must have for those who want to look trendy in a subtle way and ooh they come in all colours!

Wacuka Kamau Designs

Being part and parcel of the fashion industry is the desire of any true fashionista... Ask any fashionista you know and they will tell you that’s a dream come true.

Since I am not in the conventional fashion industry having a normal fashion job I decided to create my own fashion world by designing jewellery and of course (fashion blogging). I honestly do not know where the designing came from but one thing I know for sure is I have always loved jewellery. Like I said in my earlier post I feel “naked” without jewellery.

With the help of a friend, I decided to make jewellery for myself as well as for other people. However,  I feel a lot needs to be done and on Wednesday I was on the hunt for new ideas and unique materials as well as tools for making jewellery. I have jotted a few ideas down and hope to create new and unique pieces as soon as possible. I am so excited can't wait to start making the new pieces.

I believe if you can make, recreate or modify something why buy it? I love making jewellery and sometimes it is so therapeutic I can’t get myself to stop when I start making them.

Pendant Obsession!!

I thought I being this journey of fashion with you beautiful people with my favourite fashion items. My favourite fashion item(s) is/are jewellery and bags.  I have a serious obsession of the two items and I can never seem to have enough. Let’s talk jewellery for now. Whenever it comes to dressing an outfit is never complete (for me) without jewellery in fact I feel “naked” without jewellery and I can’t leave the house without earrings and a necklace .I remember one time I had to go back home when I realised I did not have a necklace. Luckily I had not gone far....!

I have gone an extra mile and decided to make jewellery pieces for myself as well as turn it into a business. Trust me I did not know I had it in me. One of my girlfriends still can’t get where this came from but I guess the time to discover that in me had come. I thank God for the ideas He gives me and the strength to do it.
